Most property management firms are built to sell packages. Rai & Co. was built by two property investors, Evan and Ken, who own 12 properties between them and have lived every problem you’re facing: late rent, August aircond failures, BE forms with nothing ready to declare.
We manage like owners because we are owners. That changes what we prioritise, cashflow, tax hygiene, and getting units let quickly without burning the asset.
