User data deletion

Overview

If you contacted us through raico.com.my, WhatsApp, email, or a linked Meta / WhatsApp experience, you can request that we delete personal data associated with you, subject to legal retention duties.

How to request deletion

1. Email hello@raico.com.my with the subject line Data deletion request, or message us on WhatsApp at +601154184453.
2. Include the name, phone number and/or email you used with us so we can find your records.
3. If your request relates to a Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp login or messaging identity, include that username or ID if you have it.

We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting data, to avoid deleting someone else’s information.

What we delete

When your request is confirmed, we delete or anonymise personal data from our active systems where we no longer have a lawful need to keep it, including for example:

• Website contact enquiries linked to you
• Marketing / enquiry follow-up notes that are not required for an active contract or legal obligation
• Messaging contact details used only for that enquiry thread, where feasible

What we may retain

We may keep limited information when Malaysian law, tax, accounting, dispute, or active management contracts require it (for example signed agreements, invoices, or tenancy records for current clients). Retained data is limited to what is necessary and is not used for marketing.

Timing

We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete deletion or confirm what must be retained within 30 days. Complex cases may take longer; we will say so if they do.

After deletion

Once deleted, we cannot restore that personal data from our systems. You can still contact us again in future as a new enquiry.
