Scope
This policy covers personal data we process when you:
- Visit or use raico.com.my (including free tools and guides)
- Send an enquiry via our contact form, WhatsApp, email or phone
- Engage us for property management or related services
- Interact with our pages or messaging on platforms such as WhatsApp or Meta products that link to this site
We handle personal data in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and related rules.
Data we may collect
- Identity & contact: name, WhatsApp/phone number, email address
- Enquiry details: property area, number of doors, messages you send us
- Client / tenancy data (when you become a client): landlord and tenant particulars, property addresses, tenancy and financial information needed to manage the portfolio
- Technical & usage: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, and similar analytics events via cookies or similar technologies (including Google Tag Manager / analytics where enabled)
- Marketing attribution: optional UTM parameters stored for the session when you arrive from a campaign link
We do not ask for payment card numbers on this public website.
How we use data
- To reply to enquiries and provide portfolio reviews or quotes
- To deliver property management, tax support, mortgage advisory and related services
- To operate, secure and improve the website and free tools
- To measure traffic and campaign performance (aggregated where practical)
- To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations
We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
We may share data with:
- Service providers that host our systems, email, analytics or messaging infrastructure (under confidentiality / data processing terms)
- Professional partners you ask us to work with (e.g. lawyers, accountants, banks) when needed for your matter
- Authorities when required by law
Contact form submissions may be processed through our admin systems at admin.raico.com.my so our team can respond.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar tools for essential site function, security, and analytics (for example via Google Tag Manager). You can control cookies in your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect site features.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for ordinary business follow-up, then deleted or anonymised when no longer required. Client records are retained for the engagement and for statutory / accounting periods after it ends. Analytics data follows the retention settings of those tools.
Your rights
Subject to PDPA and applicable exceptions, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. See our User data deletion page for how to request deletion.

Our services are aimed at property investors and business contacts. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes
