How much does property management cost in Malaysia (2026)?
Progressive fee from RM 125/door/month: 10% on the first RM 2,000 of rent, then 9%, 8%, 7%, and 6% above RM 8,000. Five or more doors: extra 10% loyalty discount. Full table and calculator on Pricing and the fees guide.

What is the management contract term?

Yes. We fund staging and recover from monthly rental. Typical basic estimates: studio RM 3,000 · 2-room RM 4,500 · 3-room RM 6,000.
